Its great to read that they have done a research on Daily Umaat and also Syed Ahmad Abbasi.
why don’t theySUE him …. why don’t theyfile a case against him if he is such a black mailer ?
Boss, if some body is pointing finger on you than remember there must be some thing wrong with you. why some body is not saying any thing wrong against National Products (I have no relations with them - its just for example), or why some body is not pointing finger on pepsi or coke or some thing like these big giants … ?
I am damn sure they can pay much better than the Lays company
to shut their mouth.
thanks for praying for us all. “May Allaha Show us right path and save us for these kinds of money makers those have no care about we Muslims and shaking our EMAN to saying Halal to Haram Food or vice versa”

E631 : Sodium inosinate
Produce from FAT, but not FAT. it becomes Salt after a chemical process
“Vineger” produce from Alcohol, but not Alcohol after a chemical process. (Fermentation of Vine Juice)
Origin:
=====
Sodium salt of inosinic acid (E630), a natural acid, that is mainly present in animals. => Commercially prepared from meat or fish <= (sardines). After a chemical process. May also be produced by bacterial fermentation of sugars.
Function & Characteristics:
====================
Flavour enhancer. Inosinic acid and inosinates do not have the specific umami taste but strongly enhance many other flavours, thereby reducing the amounts of salt or other flavour enhancers needed in a product.
Products:
=======
Used in many products.
Acceptable daily intake (ADI):
None determined. Inosinates may not be used in products intended for children under 12 weeks.
Side effects:
=========
Asthmatic people should avoid inosinates. As inosinates are metabolised to purines, they should be avoided by people suffering from gout. However, the concentrations used are generally so low that no effects are to be expected.
Dietary restrictions:
==============
Inosinates are generally produced from meat, but partly also from fish
I have a question to you that when Jamia Ashrafia gave Lays company a conditional certificate
ReplyDelete“If there is no Pig Particle added in the products, then it is Halal otherwise it is Haram”
Then how can Lays company used on its advertisement ref: http://ummatpublications.com/2009/05/16/ that Jamia Ashrafia have given you a certificate? This is totally ridiculous, misusing and misleading the customers to buy the Lays products. Now I am seriously thinking after Lays company act, Lays company definitely using wrong things in its ingrediants.
Look first you people said that Lays is certified by Jamia Ashrafia, Jamia Ashrafia denied of Lays’ authenticity being Halal. Now you are going to The South African National Halaal Authority (SANHA) and again saying that Lays are Halaal. May be SANHA again will deny your authenticity. Then you will go to other organization and would say that Lays are Halaal.
I think first Lays company should convince the Jamia Ashrafia and issue a certificate from them. Because Lays company is using the name of Jamia Ashrafia in its advertisements.
May Allaha Show us right path
I have already made research for the plant Tapioca and Disodium Inosinate.
ReplyDeleteby the way Brother/Sister Annonymous! why dont you follow the principle you mentioned above i.e. “Verify Before You Amplify”!
Don’t follow others so blindly, just make a research of the ingredients by yourself. Use your wisdom to discover the facts. If the plant Tapioca is flavourless then how could you say that a “Flavour Enhancer” can be extracted from it?
At least my wit is not ready to admit this illogical statement. :)
Here nobody is against Lay’s or any International product. The matter we are discussing here is just “The Product should be Halaal”. Don’t follow anything blindly. And please don’t tell us cook & bull stories about black mailing etc. If he is a blackmailer, then what about Jamia Ashrafia? Jamia Ashrafia is refuting from issuing the certificate of Halal products to Lay’s. According to them “A Conditional Certificate had been issued that “If there is no Pig Particle added in the products, then it is Halal otherwise it is Haram and according to Jamia Ashrafia, “Lay’s Company is misusing that conditional certificate. You can see the written clarification issued by their Publication Secratery. Now you will consider him black mailer too ;)
Make your own research and know the facts. Halal and Haram are the very sensitive matters for us being a muslim. That is the only major difference between a Heathen and a muslim. So it cannot be compromised by having blind trust at other’s words.
May Allah guide us properly and keep us at an arm’s length from eating Haraam whether knowingly or ignorantly.
Some argue that Lay’s contains Pig Fats and they are trying to mould the facts according to their own desire.
ReplyDeleteFirst of all you are saying, “According to Muhammad ibn Al Hasan, from the rule which allows for change of substance”. In addition, he adds that any product or substance, not only soap, can also be judged pure on account of its widespread use”. here Muhammad Ibn Al Hassan is talking about “Pure” things. He is not talking about Halal or Haram. If the word “Pure” describes “Halal”, then let me put here an example. A lot of people around the world are taking hard drink so should we consider hard drink “Halal/Pure” only because of its widespread use?
Kindly do not try to mould the facts according to your own wish and do not use Qur’anic Verses in this regard. if animal fats are used in chemical process of soaps, that is another thing. We do not eat soaps, But Lay’s we swallow, we eat it. You are trying to exploit the people by giving this type of false examples. At the beginning, Lay’s admin was publishing ads that it is 100% and no Haram or Pig Fats are used in its process and the taste enhancer that is used in Lay’s, is extracted from the plants, not from the animal fats. But now the situation is different. You are putting here different examples and your essay shows that Lay’s uses pig fats.
